We want to know that you are going to be happy in your new home for years to come!  For this reason we have implemented a thorough follow up process where we reach out to you 30 days, 6 months, and 1 year after the final occupancy has been issued.  During that time, if any warranty issues arise, you will still have access to your client dashboard and be able to submit a warranty request directly to us.
