    When you’re building your dream home, the options are endless!  And like purchasing a new vehicle, the car lot is not the place to start discussing what works for the pocketbook.  You know better than anyone what you are comfortable spending.

    If you plan on financing your project, your first step should be reaching out to a trusted lender to see what you may prequalify for.  We would be happy to assist you in finding someone if needed!

    While speaking with a homebuilder may seem a little premature for a second step, it has its advantages.  We can offer experienced insight on the homebuilding process and help guide you along the way!  With a full custom design/build, having a builder and architect work side by side with you can both eliminate confusion and control costs!  You can start the process right here!

  • Pre-Construction

    Find Your Dream Location

    Obviously, you can’t build a new home until you have somewhere to build it!   If you don’t already own a piece of property, our licensed real estate agent can show you what’s available in the areas you are interested in.  And…since you already know who your builder is…we can visit the property with you to discuss lot prep costs, home orientation, etc.

  • Pre-Construction

    Designing the Masterpiece

    This is where the fun begins!  During this step, you will be working with you builder and architect to carefully craft the home you’ve always wanted!

  • Pre-Construction

    Pre-Construction Meeting

    You have your property.  You have your plans.  It’s time to review the final budget and construct a schedule for your homebuilding experience!  In a final pre-construction meeting, we will discuss your project details once again before proceeding.  Additionally, we will answer any further questions you may have regarding contracts, labor, invoicing, etc.

    Breaking Ground

    All of the preliminary bases have been covered.  It’s time to break ground and start watching your vision come to life!

  • Build Out

    Scheduled Walk-Thrus and Updates

    We all have busy schedules, but you want to know what’s happening with your home!  Our construction schedule includes scheduled walk-thrus at key points during the construction process that will allow you to meet us onsite and discuss any questions or concerns you may have.  Additionally, we utilize a software which allows easy communication through photos, file uploads, and job log updates.  It can all be accessed straight from your smartphone!

  • Build Out

    Final Occupancy

    Upon successfully passing the final inspection, you will be provided a copy of the Certificate of Occupancy.  Your home is complete and you are now ready to move in!

  • Post Construction

    Extended Service

    We want to know that you are going to be happy in your new home for years to come!  For this reason we have implemented a thorough follow up process where we reach out to you 30 days, 6 months, and 1 year after the final occupancy has been issued.  During that time, if any warranty issues arise, you will still have access to your client dashboard and be able to submit a warranty request directly to us.
